Over 1000 workers in the EPA could be fired

Spokesperson says that they want an effective workforce, and about 1100 workers could be fired immediately.

The new political agenda and administration has signed out of the Paris Climate Agreement and has deleted most sources on the EPA about climate change. There is about nothing on the homepage of the EPA about climate change, which is the world’s most urgent issue today among AI and wars. On the bottom of the homepage, there is text that shows about how a wastewater plant for recognized for excellence. Seriously? That won’t help anything.

Everything that the previous administration had done has been wiped off and removed, so all our progress is back to nearly zero. Now what?

Here’s what the spokesperson says regarding the workers: A spokeswoman for Lee Zeldin, the new head of the agency, said the goal was to create an “effective and efficient” federal work force.

That’s just the opposite of what they seem to be doing; just neglecting climate change.
